Who we are
Wilmer's Tree & Lawn Services LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a tree and lawn service company serving the Kansas City metro, Kansas & Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through wilmerstreelawnservices.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit our free estimate request form, we collect the information you provide: your first name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the details you share about your job (service needed, timing, and your description of the work).
We also automatically receive standard technical and advertising information such as your page URL, referring ad parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and fbclid), and advertising cookie identifiers.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to contact you about your request: to follow up, schedule and provide your free estimate, and to perform the work if you hire us. We do not use it for unrelated marketing programs.
Calls, text messages and consent
By submitting our estimate request form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Wilmer's Tree & Lawn Services LLC about your request, possibly using automated means. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from returning your call about an estimate you requested, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel and cookies (including Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies) to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to understand which ads lead to estimate requests. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business — for example our lead routing, scheduling, email and advertising measurement tools — and only as needed to respond to your request, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep estimate requests only as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect that information.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing wilmerstreelawnservices@gmail.com.
